The present petition under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks the following prayers:- "i) to initiate the contempt proceedings against the contemnor and she may be punished according to law;
ii) also direct the Indian Embassy at Australia through Ministry of External Affairs or through Ministry of Law and Justice to serve the contempt petition and also confiscate the Passport of the Contemnor;
iii) also direct the Indian Embassy at Australia to get the contemnor deported from Australia to India through Ministry of External Affairs or by Ministry of Law & Justice for violation of orders dated 06.04.2009;
iv) Any other relief this Hon'ble Court deems fit may also be granted in favour of the petitioner and against the contemnor." 3.

Accordingly, vide order dated 22.11.2023, the matter was adjourned sine die while passing the following order:- "Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Respondent is presently residing m Australia and the Petitioner is trying to ascertain their whereabouts so that the notice could be served on the respondent It is requested that the matter may be adjourned sine die and the same may be allowed to be revived as and when the address of the Respondent is ascertained. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is adjourned sine die with liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition as and when the address of the respondent is ascertained.

The matter was thereafter listed on 18.03.2026 in terms of'"Case Flow Management (Subordinate Courts of Delhi) rules, 2008" along with the evaluation and Case Flow Management Rules in High Court of Delhi, held on 16.12.2025, when the petitioner had sought time to place on record fresh address.
