The present petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "1. Quash FIR No. 498 of 2015 P.S. K.M. Pur with investigation and the consequential proceedings, if any,

2. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2.

Petitioners appear in person through video conferencing, seek leave to withdraw the present petitions on the ground that the closure report in the present FIR has been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.

Leave granted.
