BAIL APPLN. 1734/2017 It has been submitted on behalf of the State as submitted by the Investigating Officer that the applicant has made the payment and settled the matter with all 16 victims who were arrayed in FIR No. 85 dated 09.06.2015, PS Crime Branch.

It has also been submitted that the applicant has been joining the investigation. It has also been informed on behalf of the State that there are no previous adverse antecedents against the applicant.

In the event of arrest, the applicant is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, subject to the petitioner, joining the investigation as and when required, and subject to his leaving the country without the permission of the court and he shall not intimidate the witnesses in any manner and shall not tamper with the evidence.
