This is a joint application filed by both the parties. 2.
By virtue of this application, the parties have prayed that the settlement arrived at between them be the basis for disposing of the captioned pending petition, i.e. OMP(T)(COMM.) 68/2018. 3.
The application bears the signatures of an Authorised signatory of the petitioner and an Authorised Representative of the respondent. The application is also accompanying by an affidavit of the Authorised signatory of the petitioner and the Authorised Representative of the respondent. 4.
A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 11.7.2018 is appended as Annexure P-1 to the application.

I have perused the terms and the settlement. The same appear to be lawful.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the joint application is allowed. 7.
Consequently, OMP(T)(COMM.) 68/2018 as well as the pending arbitration proceedings shall stand disposed of in terms of the aforementioned settlement.

In view of the order passed in the captioned petition and the application, the interim order dated 1.9.2017 shall stand vacated. 9.
