Review Pet.No.468/2017 This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 01.09.2017. Counsel for the review petitioner submits that inadvertently in the writ petition the place of squatting has wrongly been mentioned as „in front of Shop No.141‟ whereas the place of squatting was „at the back side of Shop No.41‟. Notice. Counsel for the non-applicant accepts notice. Prayer made in the application is not opposed.

Accordingly, in the order dated 01.09.2017, the description of the site of vending shall be read as "at the back side of Shop No.41, Sarojini Nagar Market,

New Delhi"
