% 22.09.2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that a direction be given to the respondent/General Manager to decide the claims submitted by the petitioner by its letter dated 14.12.2015 and 19.12.2015. Mr Rajat Navet, learned counsel for the respondent states that the concerned General Manager shall render a decision on the petitioner's request. In this view, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press for any further relief and seeks to withdraw the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
