In view of the statement made by the counsel for the appellant, the appeal and all the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this order will not come in the way of the appellant, while arguing his appeal arising out of an order made under the Domestic Violence Act, which is stated to be pending before this Court.
