This is an application moved by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.390/2017 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B/34 IPC, PS Shakarpur, Delhi. 2.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed as per which petitioner has joined the investigation on various occasions and at this state he is no more required for custodial interrogation. 3.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned.

However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation if required by the IO/SHO concerned.

Bail application is allowed.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner.
