The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 14.09.2018 passed by the District Magistrate under Rule 22(3)(1) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009 as amended from time to time. It is seen that the petitioner has an appellate remedy in terms of Rule 22(3)(4) of the said Rules. 3.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain this petition.

The same is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to avail of the alternative remedy as per the said Rules. The pending application is also disposed of.
