Heard. Since there is no further scope for reduction of sureties in a case like the present one in which the Petitioner is undergoing sentence for committing the offence i.e. punishable under Sections 20/61/85 of NDPS Act, the prayer of the Petitioner for reduction of sureties is declined. 4.
Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
