O R D E R

% 01.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.575/2014 under Sections 354-A/354B/506 IPC registered at police station Najafgarh on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is sister-in-law of the petitioner (wife of petitioner's brother).

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Rej Ram, PS. Najafgarh. Respondent no. 2 submits that the disputes arose between her and the petitioner on some trivial matters, which led to registration of the present FIR. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free

will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.575/2014 under Sections 354-A/354-B/506 IPC registered at police station Najafgarh and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
