Learned APP for the State submits that the appellant has already undergone his entire sentence and was released on 31.08.2022 and has also paid the fine on 25.07.2022 vide Receipt No. 12753. Learned APP has handed over a copy of nominal roll and status report, which are taken on record.

The appellant, who is present in person and is duly identified by the IO, has submitted his gate pass which is taken on record, states that having completed his entire substantive sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court, and having understood the consequences, he does not wish to press the present appeal on merits.

In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal along with pending application stands disposed of as not pressed.
