% 11.11.2016 Crl. M. A. No. 11516/2016 (u/s 482 Cr.P.C. filed by surety-Smt. Poonam Devi for cancellation of endorsement on FDR) Status report received from Superintendent, Central Jail, Tihar stating that the appellant-Chandan complied order surrendering within the time granted.

Surety-Smt. Poonam Devi present alongwith counsel and produced the original FDR bearing no.007252 for an amount of Rs.20,000/- dated 04.04.2016, drawn on Vijaya Bank, Samaypur Delhi branch. In view of above, application allowed.

The endorsement made on 07.04.2016 on the FDR bearing no.007252 furnished by surety-Smt. Poonam Devi, W/o Late Shri. Puran, R/o H.No.N44/515-A, Sanjay Colony, Samaypur Delhi, cancelled today. Original FDR returned to surety after cancellation of endorsement. Surety is at liberty to encash the FDR.
