% 07.12.2018 Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 for grant of succession certificate. However, the said Section categorically states that petition under Section 372 has to be filed before the District Judge. Consequently, present petition is returned back with liberty to the petitioner to file present petition in an appropriate court having the jurisdiction.
