% 16.11.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to file a fresh representation to the respondent no.2, in view of the Army Welfare Education Society Rules and Regulations dated 19.09.2011 and judgement dated 29.10.2015 passed in LPA No. 223/2015 by the Division Bench of this Court. Thus, he seeks permission to withdraw the said petition. Permission granted.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as

prayed.

The petitioner may file representation within two weeks from today and the respondent no.2 is directed to decide the same in view of the Army Welfare Education Society Rules and Regulations dated 19.09.2011 and judgement dated 29.10.2015 passed by this court within four weeks from today.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondent no.2, he may challenge the same before the appropriate court.
