The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.196/2016 under Sections 323/324/354/354-B/452/392/394/506/34 IPC PS Jamia Nagar, Delhi on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that presently petitioner no.1, respondent No.4 and one injured Ragib are not CRL.M.C. 3509/2017

available and he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Court as and when petitioner No.1, respondent No.4 and injured Ragib are available/traced.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
