% 02.11.2017 The disputes between the parties have arisen out of the Lease Deed and the Revenue Sharing Agreement both dated 17.06.2015 and also the Settlement Agreement dated 02.10.2016. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of these disputes. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

With the consent of the parties, the parties are referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DIAC'), who may appoint a Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes i.e. the claims and counter-claims of the respective parties. The arbitration proceedings and the fee shall be in accordance with the Rules of DIAC.

The parties are directed to appear before the DIAC on 20th November, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
