% 14.12.2017 By the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 255/2017 under Section 406/420 IPC registered at PS R.K. Puram on the complaint of Mr. Neeraj Kanagat. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that a cancellation report has been filed in the said FIR and learned Trial Court had issued Court notice to the complainant. In view of the fact that the cancellation report has been filed, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition as no cause of action for quashing of the FIR arises. He further submits that a similar order has already been passed by this Court in W.P. (Crl) 2393/2017 filed by co-accused Gurcharan Singh.

W.P.(CRL) 2578/2017

The petition as well as the application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedies in accordance with law if any cause of action arises.
