This is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1120/2017 under Sections 324/452/354/354-A/509 IPC at PS Mangol Puri, Delhi. 2.
The petitioner is brother-in-law (jeth) of the complainant. 3.
Fresh status report has been filed by the State. 4.
Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and co-operated in the same. She has referred to the status report wherein it is mentioned that opinion was obtained from the doctor regarding the injury suffered by the complainant i.e. CLW over right shoulder and the doctor as under:- 'The CLW over right shoulder was caused by a sharp weapon. It may be or may not be but most probably it was inflicted with sharp object like knife.'

Learned APP for the State further submits that during investigation, the petitioner also informed that he has already shifted from the house of his parents to a rented accommodation i.e. H.No.61, Ground Floor, A-Block, Mangolpuri, Delhi.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case and the status report filed by the State, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned. However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the IO/SHO concerned.

Application is disposed of.
As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner.
