% 04.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 24th April, 2017 vide Annexure 'C', therefore, FIR No. 456/16 under Sections 509/34 IPC registered at police station Amar Colony on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed. It is further submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 were known to each other since they had some business dealings on certain occasions.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel. She has been identified by SI Sachin Kumar of police station Amar Colony. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free

will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she has no objection in case FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed.

Keeping in mind that petitioner and respondent no.2 were having business dealings and a quarrel took place between them which had led to registration of present FIR and now they have settled their disputes amicably, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 456/16 under Sections 509/34 IPC registered at police station Amar Colony and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
