He states that he is desirous of settling the matter with the petitioner and prays that the matter be referred to the mediation centre. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same. Parties are therefore directed to appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 15th January, 2019 at 3.00 PM in the first instance and thereafter as and when directed by the learned mediator.
