% 29.01.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent states, the order of which non-compliance is alleged i.e. dated August 25, 2017 has been set aside by the Division Bench vide order dated September 12, 2017 and the appeal filed before the Supreme Court was also dismissed on October 06, 2017. She states, the review petition filed by the petitioners has also been dismissed on November 21, 2017 and the SLP thereof has also been dismissed December 15, 2017. She has placed before me the order(s) passed by the Division Bench and the Supreme Court. The same are taken on record.

I find that there is no appearance for the petitioner, even on the second call.

The petition is dismissed in default.
