% 07.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole to re-establish social ties. As per the Nominal Roll, the petitioner has been granted furlough for a period of 20 days on 15th November, 2017.
Considering that furlough has already been granted to the petitioner for a period of three weeks, this Court finds no reason to pass any order to grant parole to the petitioner at this stage. Petition is dismissed.
A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
