O R D E R

% 12.10.2015 Crl. M.A.15061/2015 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 28.8.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(CRL) 1865/2015 whereby the petitioner was directed to be released on parole for a period of 30 days from the day of his release. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that because of the stringent financial circumstances of his, he is not able to arrange for two sureties. He prays for modification of the order to the extent that he may be released on parole on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety instead of two sureties to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. Considering the circumstances of the petitioner, the order dated 28.8.2015 is modified to the extent that the petitioner would be released on parole for a period of 30 days from the day of his release, on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The conditions imposed earlier for the release of the petitioner on parole shall subsist.

The application is allowed.
