The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the petitioner being one of the victims of the company involved in construction namely M/s.Dynamic Infradevelopers Pvt. Ltd. and having given the complaint dated 13th October, 2018 to the Sub-Inspector Kishore who is the Investigating Officer of FIR Nos.332/2017 and 333/2017 under Sections 420/120-B IPC no action has been taken till date. The very fact that the

petitioner instead of a separate complaint gave a complaint to the SubInspector Kishore and also mentioned the FIR numbers already being investigating against the Dynamic Infradevelopers Pvt. Ltd. and others, it is evident that the petitioner was conscious of the fact that FIR against the accused have already been registered and pending investigation. 4.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions submits that the petitioner has already been treated as a victim in FIR No.332/2018 under Section 420/120-B IPC registered at PS Patel Nagar and investigation qua the roles of the accused in relation to all the victims including the petitioner is being carried out. 5.

In view of this statement of learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, prayer of the petitioner in the complaint dated 13th October, 2018 stands satisfied. No further orders are required to be passed. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
