This suit is disposed of as not pressed and parties will be bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 1.12.2017 as entered into between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

It is clarified, however, that no final decree for partition suit is passed but parties have agreed that they will be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 1.12.2017. 3.

The suit is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
