Leaving the issue open whether proceedings under Section 12 of The Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 are quasi civil and quasi criminal in nature, I find no error in the impugned order granting exemption to the husband and his family members to appear on each date when the application filed by the petitioner is listed. 2.

The petition is dismissed.
