% 19.01.2018 W.P.(C) 8286/2017 1.) The date fixed in the writ petition was 15 February, 2018. However, with the consent of the counsel for the petitioner and the counsels for respondent 1 to 3 the writ petition is taken up for hearing today. The date already given in the matter i.e. 15 February, 2018 shall stand cancelled. 2.) The reason why this is done is that the writ petition in the first instance was entertained, as is evident from a perusal of order dated 18th September, 2017 as the coram of respondent No. 2 authority was not complete.

3.) I am told that respondent No. 2 authority is presently functioning. 4.) Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No. 2 authority. CM APPL. 2330/2018 5.) In view of the fact that the writ petition has been disposed of, the petitioner is given liberty to move respondent No. 2 authority for the relief claimed in the present application, albeit, in accordance with law.
