O R D E R

% 15.11.2017 The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 5th September, 2017 subject to certain conditions.

He was directed to join investigation.

The learned counsel for the respondent states that he has joined the investigations and is participating in the same. In view of the aforesaid, the order of interim protection shall continue till the completion of the investigation on the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigation as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) The petitioner shall make no attempt, directly or indirectly, to contact the complainant or her relatives or close associates;

(iii) The petitioner's mobile phone number 8587837066 shall be operational at all times, so that the police could contact him; (iv) The petitioner shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (v) In case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith. (vi) Passport, if any, held by the petitioner shall be deposited with the Investigating Officer;

Any observation made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.

The petition stands disposed off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
