% 18.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondents no.2 and 3 have settled their disputes before Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Court, Delhi on 11th November, 2016, therefore, FIR No.521/2010 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station New Ashok Nagar, Delhi on the complaint of Smt. Kamlesh (since deceased), respondents no.2 and 3 (parents of late Kamlesh) may be quashed.

FIR was registered in the year 2010.

The complainant had died a natural death after two years of lodging the FIR. Respondents no.2 and 3 (parents of deceased) are present in Court and have been identified by ASI Yatender Kumar, P.S. New Ashok Nagar. It is submitted that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondents no. 2 and 3, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 521/2010 under

Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station New Ashok Nagar, Delhi and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
