The petitioner has filed the present petition stating that there is leakage in his basement which is emanating from the building owned by respondent no.1.

He states that despite making requests, respondent no.1 has not taken the necessary action to prevent such leakage and consequently, his building has been damaged.

It is seen that the disputes raised in the present petition are inter se between the petitioner and respondent no.1 and, therefore, these proceedings are not apposite to redressal of such grievance. 3.

In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate proceeding. The petitioner is also at liberty to approach the concerned Municipal Corporation for taking the necessary action, if warranted. All rights and contentions of the petitioner are kept open.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
