We are informed by Mr. Parvinder Chauhan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2 - DUSIB that the decision has been taken to withdraw the order of closing the Night Shelter at Turkman Gate, Shelter Code No.51, Shakar Gali (Near Police Bhawan), Turkman Gate, Delhi and a fresh look has been taken in the matter in view of the request of the inmates of the shelter to continue this shelter till proper alternative arrangements are made.

We take on record the communication of Director (NS)-I, Office of the Director Night Shelter, Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, Govt. of NCT of Delhi handed over in the Court by Mr. Parvinder Chauhan, learned Standing Counsel for the DUSIB.

In view of the above communication, the grievance made in this petition stands satisfied.

The writ petition as well as pending application are accordingly disposed of.
