% 16.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are neighbours. Due to some misunderstanding, respondent no.2 lodged the FIR No. 227/2017 under Sections 354/354D/506/509/34 IPC. It is further submitted that with the intervention of their common friends, petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Compromise Deed dated 8th June, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sandeep Singh of police station Shahbad Dairy. She submits that she has settled the matter of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she is not interested in pursue the FIR any further and
the same may be quashed.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
