For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Petition is taken up for hearing.

At the outset, Mr Pravin Anand, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the disputes with respondent no.2 have been settled. He has handed over a document recording the terms of settlement. He states that the said terms have been agreed to but the formal agreement has not been executed as yet. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 also agrees that the parties have agreed to settle disputes in terms of the settlement handed over by Mr Anand.

The said document, although unsigned, is taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, Mr Anand seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh if a cause so arises. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
