% 18.03.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 429/2016 under Sections 363/365/376 IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (in short POCSO Act) registered at PS Moti Nagar on the ground that parties have settled the matter. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Leave granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
