% 05.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.
624/16 under Sections 354(A)/509/506/34 IPC registered at police station Gokul Puri on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Puran Singh of police station Gokul Puri. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that petitioners have apologies for their acts which she has pardoned, therefore, she does not wish to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 and respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the
FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No.
624/16 under Sections 354(A)/509/506/34 IPC registered at police station Gokul Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
