No one appears for the petitioners over repeated dates of hearing. This is noted by the Registrar in his order dated 24.1.2017, and which order reads as under:- " There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Even on the last two dates of hearing there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Counter affidavit stands filed by all the respondents. However, petitioner has not filed the rejoinder despite opportunities given.

Thus right of the petitioner to file the rejoinder is closed.

Once again no one appears today for the petitioners, and therefore, this writ petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. Let no application for restoration/recall of this order be entertained unless costs of Rs.5,000/- each are paid to the counsels who appear for the respondents today.
