The learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that the petitioner's appeal is now listed before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) for further hearing on 09.11.2018. 3.

It is expected that the DRAT shall consider the petitioner's appeal and pass an appropriate order as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one week, thereafter.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank states that the receiver shall not take any precipitate step till the DRAT passes the final order.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
