% 09.01.2019 IA 206/2019 This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 20.11.2018 passed by this Court whereby summons for appearance were issued to the witness. Counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that the summons were issued for 31.12.2018 instead of 03.12.2018 due to an inadvertent error in the order dated 20.11.2018. He submits that the proceedings before the Arbitrator are now listed for 12.01.2019 at 5.00 p.m.

In view of the above, let summons for appearance of Mr.N.K.Arora, S/o Late Sh. R.K. Arora, R/o B-13, Greater Kailash - II, Delhi-110048 be issued for his appearance before the Sole Arbitrator Sh.Darpan Wadhwa (Sr.Adv.), A-406, 1st Floor, Defence Colony on 12.01.2019 at 5.00 PM.

The diet money shall be paid to the witness by the petitioner on his appearance before the Arbitrator.

Summons be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner for service on the said witness.
