% 20.12.2017 Counsel for the respondent has obtained instructions in terms of our order dated 5th December, 2017. Letter dated 19th December, 2017 has been produced before us and it is taken on record. Copy of the said letter has also been given to the appellant. The appellant may approach the private contractor, who has been asked to accommodate the appellant in any department/office for next three months against any available position. We hope and trust that the private contractor will accommodate the appellant keeping in view of the fact that she will attain the age of superannuation within the next three months. Delhi Social Welfare Board would remain in touch with the private contractor to ensure that their request is accepted.
