% 05.12.2018 Non compliance of order of 16th March, 2016 is alleged in this petition. Vide aforesaid order, respondent- SDMC was directed to take the demolition action to its logical end. Status Report of 7th April, 2018 has been filed on behalf of respondent-SDMC, which reveals that the subject premises has been regularized vide order of 22nd March, 2018 upon payment of compounding fee.

Petitioner's counsel submits that a copy of order of 22nd March, 2018 be furnished to him within four weeks.

Let it be so done.

Since the subject premises is already regularized, no further orders are called for in this petition and it is accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail of the remedy against order of 22nd March, 2018, if so advised.
