Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No.466 of 2015 under Section 302 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/29 of the Arms Act, Police Station Ranhola.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that in case directions are issued for expediting the recording of the prosecution evidence, he shall not press his application at this stage. 3.

Learned APP informs that most of the witnesses have already been examined and only three official/formal witnesses including the Investigating Officer are remaining.

Without commenting on the merits of the case and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2015, Trial Court is directed to BAIL APPLN. 2865/2018

expedite the recording of the prosecution evidence and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of two months from the next date of hearing.

In view of the above direction, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 6.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
