By this petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of FIR No. 1373/2016 under Sections 376/506 IPC registered at PS Mehrauli. Learned ASC for the State informs that petitioner has since been acquitted on 24th January, 2018. This appears to be the reason for nonappearance of counsel for the petitioner. Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
