% 10.02.2016 WP(Crl.) No. 1843/2015 (1) Present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 1625/2015, under Sections 323/452/354B/506/34/IPC registered at Police Station Mangol Puri, New Delhi. It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainants/respondents No. 2 & 3 amicably. (2) Respondents No. 2 and 3 are present before the Court with their counsel. The Investigating Officer present in the court has identified them. I have enquired from the complainants whether the matter has been settled with the petitioners amicably without fear and pressure. They have informed that all the disputes WP(Crl). No.1843/15

have been settled without any fear or pressure and they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR.
(3) The petition is supported by the affidavits of the parties. (4) Since the petitioners have voluntarily settled the dispute with the complainants, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.
1625/2015, under Sections 323/452/354B/506/34/IPC registered at Police Station Mangol Puri, New Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. (5) The petitioners are however, burdened with cost of Rs.25,000/- to be deposited with Prime Minister National Relief Fund within two weeks. The Registry shall ensure the compliance of the order. (6) The petition and all pending application (s) stand disposed of accordingly.
