The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, making a grievance of non implementation of the Low Density Country Home Policy that was notified by a Notification dated 10.05.2013. The grievance of the petitioner is that although the Policy was notified, the same has not been followed through, inasmuch as no building plans are being sanctioned. 2.

The documents placed on record indicate that the said policy is an active consideration for the concerned authorities. According to Mr Kanth, learned counsel appearing for the SDMC stated the matter has been pending

considering before the Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India.

In this view, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition except to direct the Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India to take expeditious decision in the matter preferably within a period of six months from today.
