% 14.01.2019 At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition CM (M) 1402/2018 submitting to the effect that the petitioner would move an appropriate application under Order 7 Rule 14 of the CPC to seek remedies in relation to documents sought to be placed by the petitioner in proceedings in Eviction Petition 211/2011 in terms of Order 7 Rule 14 of the CPC. The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed. It is however made clear that the ARC dealing with the matter would consider the application under Order 7 Rule 14 of the CPC in accordance with law.
