% 13.09.2017 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that DRC has been appointed. he further submits that presently there is no proposal. For encashment of the bank guarantee issued by the petitioner. In the eventuality, if DRC takes any adverse decision against the petitioner, the respondents shall not be entitled to encash the bank guarantee for a period of two weeks from the date of the order of the DRC. The petition is disposed of as above. All the pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
