Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for transfer of DV case No.58862/2016 (Dr.Hema Pant vs.Dr.Hem Chandra Bhatt & Ors.) pending before Karkardooma courts, East district to the Saket court. It is opposed by the respondents' counsel. 2.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the respondents informs that the respondents have no objection if the said case is transferred to the court (Shahdara district). 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees for transfer of the said case from the courts at Karkardooma (East) to Shahdara district. TR.P.(CRL.) 35/2017

In view of this, the DV case No.58862/2016 (Dr.Hema Pant vs.Dr.Hem Chandra Bhatt & Ors.) pending before Karkardooma courts (East district) is transferred to Shahdara district court. Learned District and Sessions Judge (Shahdara) shall assign this case to the court of competent jurisdiction.
