% 03.05.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition without prejudice to his contentions, his only request being that the trial court may be directed to decide the case expeditiously, he explaining that he as the plaintiff has already led evidence and the case is at the stage of defendant's evidence. The counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent as defendant in the suit would render full cooperation and assistance to the trial court for expeditious conclusion of the trial. This court hopes and expects that the trial court will decide the case as expeditiously as possible.
The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
