O R D E R

% 18.09.2017 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with FIR No.548/2016, dated 27.10.2016 (P.S. Burari) instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 452, 436, 323, 506, 149, 34 and 120B of the IPC.

The petitioner is alleged to have forcefully entered the house No.1C B Block, Baba Colony, Burari with the intention of taking unlawful possession of the same and damaged the goods present in the house. The complainant is the security guard of the house.

It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that he is a shopkeeper and has a shop in front of the house in question. Charge sheet in this case has been filed. The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2016. Considering the age of the petitioner who is stated to be of 70 years and the period of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to be be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount

to the satisfaction of the trial court.

The petitioner shall, however, participate in the trial earnestly.

The bail application stands disposed of.
